Before today’s flush toilets were available the place containing the toilet was simply a small shed in the garden consisted containing a pit toilet or similar. The problem of the “missing” internal bathroom and toilet has to be solved by the new owners of such properties.

Here we show pictures of an apartment renovation /flat renovation/ project. The job is a major renovation of an apartment in a residential building in Bourgas, Bulgaria. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, large living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The works performed in the apartment are some re-wiring, full re-plumbing, small reconstructing of the entry hall area, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring (tiles and laminate), new doors and some other small things, including plastering, painting etc.
DetailsThis beautiful studio apartment in the city of Bourgas has been renovated completely by our company in 2013. It is situated on the top floor in a residential building in Burgas, Bulgaria, close to the sea garden and the beach.
This apartment building has been built in 1993 and the apartment has never been renovated since then. The overall condition of the apartment was very poor and it was barely habitable.
Here we will show with pictures the process of a full renovation of an apartment.
In short we re-did the whole place! We were aiming at a bright, modern and comfortable apartment.
This holiday complex was built by our company between 2005 and 2007. The design, layout, and construction were performed by our company.
