This new built detached house is part of the “Sunny Hills Villas” gated holiday complex which is situated in the picturesque village of Bryastovets – 20 km away from the city of Bourgas and 20 km from Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Area description

Bryastovets is a small-sized Bulgarian village with a population of about 330 people. The village is well developed and has a community center, a shop, three coffee-bars, gas station and a bus stop. There is a daily public transport to Bourgas.

The settlement is located outside the bustle of the big seaside resorts and offers the rare chance to experience the tranquil relaxed atmosphere of the country life changed little by the modern world. The village is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful and unspoilt nature sceneries and wonderful views of the Black sea and the city of Bourgas.
