This beautiful studio apartment in the city of Bourgas has been renovated completely by our company in 2013. It is situated on the top floor in a residential building in Burgas, Bulgaria, close to the sea garden and the beach.
This apatment building has been built in 1993 and the apartment has never been renovated since then. The overall condition of the apartment was very poor and it was barely habitable.
Here we will show with pictures the process of a full renovation of an apartment.
In short we re-did the whole place! We were aiming at a bright, modern and comfortable apartment.

The renovation process
We would like to mention first here that we performed all tasks with our own employees.
We also work close with architechts and interior designers for better resutls.
Internal insulation
The first stage of renovation was to lower the ceiling in the higher place. Then we changed the old wooden windows with new ones made of PVC and installed internal insulation on the walls and ceiling.
The height of the ceiling was 3.8m at the highest point. We lowered the ceiling by installing the internal insulation.

Internal wall insulation with Knauf plasterboards.
Internal isulation with XPS on ceiling. It will prevent heat loss in the winter and incoming heat from the roofi the summer.

The last renovation stage before painting is to install tiles and laminate. After that we are ready to continue whit furnishing the studio.
