This house was refurbished by our company for our client from the UK. It is located in a village in the Bourgas region. The property is a three-storey residential building comprising 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a kitchen with dining area, and a living room.
The refurbishment of the house was started by a previous building company. External insulation was installed, all windows and doors to the balconies were replaced with PVC ones. Some internal works were started but left unfinished.

Under these circumstances, the client contacted our company to undertake the repairs and complete the renovation project started by the previous builders.

- Plastering around windows and on walls and ceilings where needed.
- Smooth plastering of the staircase.
- Metal railing in the staircase.
