This newly built detached house is part of the “Sunny Hills Villas” gated holiday complex which is situated in the picturesque village of Bryastovets – 20 km away from the city of Bourgas and 20 km from Nessebar and Sunny Beach. The complex consists of 16 holiday villas with a shared swimming pool (7 x 15 metres) and 2 covered BBQ areas.
The kitchen facilities were approaching the end of their functional life and the client didn’t want simply to refurbish the kitchen, therefore replacement of the kitchen was proposed. The kitchen arrangement worked well so a replacement was proposed keeping the existing layout.
